Terms and conditions of sale

Eco & Carwash is a limited liability company (SàRL) registered in Switzerland under the number CHE-359.776.174, located at Route de Villars-Vert 23, 1752 Villars-sur-Glâne, in the canton of Fribourg.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the services provided by Eco & Carwash, a company specialized in mobile vehicle cleaning, as well as the preparation of new and used vehicles for car dealerships and businesses.

Services are carried out on-site at the address specified by the customer at the time of booking.

Services are available in French-speaking Switzerland and the canton of Bern, subject to logistical feasibility and availability.

Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or through a contact form. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from us (email, SMS, or other agreed means).

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately after the service. Invoices must be paid within 30 days or by the due date indicated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

Any modification or cancellation must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In case of late cancellation (less than 24h), a fee of up to CHF 50 may be charged depending on the type of service booked.

Any claims regarding potential damage must be reported within 24 hours after the service. Eco & Carwash is only liable for damages directly caused by a product or action carried out by our team.

The customer must provide a clear and accessible area for the service (parking space, yard, work area, etc.) and remove all personal or valuable items from the vehicle (cash, jewelry, watches, etc.). Eco & Carwash declines any responsibility in case of loss or theft of items left inside the vehicle.

Eco & Carwash does not store personal data for commercial purposes. Any collected information (name, address, phone number, etc.) is used solely for appointment management and service improvement. No data is shared with third parties without your consent.

Eco & Carwash uses eco-friendly products that are safe for the environment and vehicles. Special offers are available for businesses and automotive professionals (dealerships, garages, etc.).

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is in the canton of Fribourg, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.

To ensure a suitable service and an optimal result, the customer is asked to select the category that matches their vehicle when booking.

If the wrong category is chosen, the price may be adjusted based on the actual vehicle observed on the day of the appointment.

Our team is available to assist the customer if they are unsure when booking.

The customer must provide as accurate information as possible about the general condition of their vehicle when booking.

If the vehicle is heavily soiled (sand, mud, stubborn stains, pet hair, etc.) and requires additional time, a surcharge may apply in order to achieve an optimal result.

The customer will be informed of any price adjustment on the day of the appointment, before the service begins.

If the surcharge is refused, the service provider reserves the right to adjust or decline the service.
